CNC Connect Conference

CNC Connect Conference Management

Problem:

CNC needed to organize a large-scale conference that would unite professionals in the insurance and catastrophe response industries. The event required significant sponsorship and attendee engagement to ensure its success. Compounding the challenge, the original event date (May 2-4, 2023) had to be postponed to January 8-10, 2024, requiring rapid adjustments and additional planning under a compressed timeline and a venue change.

Solution:

  • Developed a comprehensive event strategy, including marketing, sponsorship outreach, and attendee engagement.

  • Secured and coordinated with 20 sponsors and exhibitors to enhance the event's offerings and visibility.

  • Leveraged effective communication to retain and grow interest during the postponement period.

  • Implemented targeted promotional efforts, which drove ticket sales and expanded the audience.

  • Streamlined logistics and programming to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees.

Audience:

  • Insurance industry professionals, including adjusters, carriers, and insurance service professionals.

  • Catastrophe response specialists and affiliated businesses.

  • Sponsors and exhibitors seeking opportunities to connect with industry leaders.

Results:

  • Achieved $37,000 in ticket and sponsorship sales.

  • Attracted over 300 attendees, representing diverse industry sectors.

  • Created or managed the following deliverables:

    • Email Promotion Campaign: To maintain engagement and drive ticket sales.

    • New Website: Designed to host event details and streamline access to information.

    • Eventbrite Ticket Setup: Simplified the registration process for attendees and sponsors.

    • Social Media Campaign: Boosted visibility and engagement across platforms.

    • Onsite Troubleshooting: A 5-member event team provided seamless execution during the conference.

  • Secured participation from 20 sponsors and exhibitors, enhancing the event's value and networking opportunities.

  • Successfully managed an 8-month planning process and overcame the postponement challenge, ensuring a well-executed conference.

    Conference Attendee

  • Learned a lot. Great to connect with people I've only worked with remotely. Everyone I spoke with was really enjoying the conference and glad they were there. I enjoyed being part of Casino night.

    Conference Attendee

  • Enjoyed the conference and speakers. The effort from CNC to provide adjusters the opportunity to meet with other adjusters, industry pro's, and management in a luxury environment sets CNC apart from other firms. Great job! I look forward to attending when offered again.
